Few cities embody fashion and elegance like Paris, a global capital where style is woven into everyday life. Beyond its grand department stores and couture houses, the city’s boutiques offer an intimate glimpse into its creative soul. From avant-garde concept stores to vintage ateliers tucked down cobblestone lanes, boutique shopping in Paris is as much about discovery as it is about fashion.

Paris: The Fashion Capital of the World

Paris has long defined global style, nurturing movements from haute couture to modern minimalism. But what truly makes shopping here exceptional is the abundance of independent boutiques that showcase local craftsmanship, emerging designers, and sustainable innovation.

Unlike large retail chains, these spaces emphasize curation and individuality, offering shoppers something unique — a wearable memory of Paris itself. Whether you’re searching for a statement piece, artisanal jewelry, or timeless vintage finds, each neighborhood reveals its own fashion identity.

Le Marais: The Creative Pulse

The Le Marais district is the epicenter of Parisian boutique culture. This vibrant area fuses historic charm with cutting-edge style, housing both heritage brands and up-and-coming designers. Here, small storefronts line Rue Vieille du Temple and Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, offering everything from luxury streetwear to handcrafted accessories.

Among the must-visit boutiques is Merci, a concept store in a converted factory that blends fashion, design, and sustainability. Inside, you’ll find clothing, home décor, and eco-friendly goods curated with artistic flair. A portion of Merci’s profits supports educational projects in Madagascar, reinforcing its commitment to ethical retail.

Nearby, The Broken Arm is another standout. This minimalist boutique and café highlight avant-garde labels such as Jacquemus, A.P.C., and Lemaire, perfectly capturing Paris’s understated sophistication.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés: Classic Elegance

Across the Seine, Saint-Germain-des-Prés remains synonymous with timeless Parisian chic. Here, narrow streets like Rue du Four and Boulevard Saint-Germain host boutiques that marry classic refinement with modern design.

L’Eclaireur, one of the area’s most intriguing spaces, feels more like an art gallery than a store. Founded by Martine and Armand Hadida, it curates high-end fashion pieces from designers such as Rick Owens, Ann Demeulemeester, and Maison Margiela, displayed amid immersive art installations.

For something more accessible, Sézane, located nearby on Rue Saint-Fiacre, offers effortlessly elegant French fashion. Known for its focus on sustainable fabrics and ethical production, Sézane has become a global favorite for its modern take on Parisian femininity.

Champs-Élysées & Avenue Montaigne: Luxury Defined

No Paris shopping guide is complete without mentioning the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, where couture heritage meets contemporary flair. While these avenues house major fashion houses — Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel — smaller luxury boutiques tucked between them offer limited-edition pieces and personalized styling sessions.

Boutiques like Moynat and Maison Kitsuné showcase the diversity of modern Parisian aesthetics, blending tradition with innovation.

Hidden Gems and Vintage Treasures

Some of the city’s most rewarding finds lie off the tourist path. In Canal Saint-Martin, independent boutiques and thrift shops like Centre Commercial and Antoine et Lili emphasize local designers and eco-conscious collections.

Vintage enthusiasts should head to Kiliwatch Paris in the Montorgueil district, where curated retro clothing meets contemporary trends. Prices range from €30 to €300, depending on rarity and designer.

Online Expansion and Global Reach

Post-pandemic, many Paris boutiques have embraced digital transformation, allowing fashion lovers worldwide to experience Parisian shopping virtually. Stores like Merci, Sézane, and The Frankie Shop now offer online boutiques with international shipping, bringing Parisian flair directly to customers’ doorsteps.

Virtual personal shopping sessions and live fashion previews have also become popular, bridging the gap between digital convenience and boutique intimacy.

Paris is renowned for its fashion and style, making it a prime destination for shopping enthusiasts. The city is home to a plethora of boutiques that offer unique clothing, accessories, and gifts, setting themselves apart from the typical department store. From haute couture to vintage finds, Parisian boutiques cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences.

In the heart of the fashion capital, neighborhoods like Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and the Champs-Élysées boast some of the best shopping experiences one can find. Le Marais, for example, features a mix of iconic and emerging designers, drawing in tourists and locals alike. Small shops are often tucked away on charming cobblestone streets, offering personalized service and curated selections that large retailers simply cannot match.

Many boutiques feature local designers or exclusive pieces, allowing shoppers to take a piece of Parisian fashion history home with them. This is particularly important for those wanting to stand out in their style or those looking for meaningful souvenirs.

However, the boutique shopping experience can vary greatly. While some stores focus on luxury fashion and high-end products, others promote sustainable practices and local craftsmanship. This diversity reflects Paris’s commitment to maintaining its status as a global fashion leader while also catering to the evolving demands of environmentally conscious consumers.

To get the most out of a shopping trip to Paris, visitors are encouraged to wander off the beaten path. Exploring lesser-known streets can yield delightful surprises, such as discovering a boutique with artisanal handmade goods or a quaint shop specializing in vintage fashion. Additionally, many boutiques have seasonal sales or collaborate with designers, making it worth the while to check back regularly.

In light of recent trends, boutique shopping also now extends to the online realm, allowing international customers to access exclusive Parisian products from the comfort of their homes. Many boutiques have enhanced their online presence, offering virtual shopping experiences and international shipping, appealing to a broader audience post-pandemic.

What is clear is that the shopping landscape in Paris continues to thrive, with boutiques standing at the forefront of a unique retail experience. As the city evolves, so too do the offerings, making each visit to these charming shops an opportunity for discovery.

If you find yourself in the heart of France, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the City of Lights, you might be surprised to discover that a short trip away from Paris can lead you to some of the most breathtaking natural wonders. Sure, the Eiffel Tower is magnificent, and the Louvre is irresistible, but let’s talk about the real beauty of France—the great outdoors! Whether you’re an avid hiker, a nature enthusiast, or just someone who enjoys scenic views and a good picnic, there are plenty of fantastic day trips from Paris to quench your thirst for adventure. Buckle up your hiking boots and grab your camera, because these outdoor gems are ready to be explored!

Fontainebleau: The Enchanted Forest

Just a quick train ride from the bustling Parisian streets lies the Fontainebleau Forest, a sprawling paradise for nature lovers. Don’t worry; you won’t find any magic beans or beanstalks here, but you will encounter plenty of ancient trees, rocky outcrops, and gorgeous landscapes that look like they were ripped straight from a postcard. This UNESCO World Heritage site is adored by hikers, climbers, and even those pesky but charming artists who can’t seem to resist painting the views.

Explore the many walking trails that wind through the forest, ranging from relaxed strolls to challenging hikes. Pack a picnic and take a break at one of the scenic viewpoints, but be cautious of the cheeky squirrels eyeing your sandwich! If you fancy a bit of history, be sure to check out the Palace of Fontainebleau, a former royal residence that will make you feel like you’ve stepped back into a time of grandeur and excess—complete with more chandeliers than you can shake a baguette at.

Giverny: Monet’s Magical Gardens

If you’re a fan of Impressionist art (or just enjoy pretty flowers), you can’t miss a trip to Giverny, the home of Claude Monet. Just an hour away from Paris, this picturesque village is where Monet found his muse, and oh boy, did he make the most of it! The gardens, filled with vibrant colors and enchanting landscapes, are a masterpiece in themselves—perfectly capturing that “just painted” look.

Stroll through Monet’s beloved water gardens, where you can spot the iconic Japanese bridge and lily pads that inspired some of his most famous works. Make sure to bring your camera; these gardens are Instagram gold! And if you’re feeling particularly artsy, maybe try channeling your inner Monet—though we can’t guarantee your paintings will fetch millions at auction.

Food for Thought

After soaking in all the colors, grab a bite to eat at one of the local cafés. Whether you’re in the mood for a scrumptious tartine or some delectable pastries, Giverny offers a delightful culinary experience that will tickle your taste buds—and trust us, art is hungry work!

Versailles: More Than Just a Palace

Ah, the Palace of Versailles. This splendid estate might be best known for its opulent interiors and historical significance, but the gardens are the true stars of the show for nature lovers. Spanning over 800 hectares, the gardens are a glorious playground of manicured lawns, vibrant flowerbeds, and sparkling fountains that will make you feel slightly inadequate about your own backyard.

If you’re up for some serious exercise, rent a bike or a little electric cart and explore the grounds. You might find a hidden grove, or perhaps a quiet spot to lay your picnic blanket. Just don’t be surprised if you see someone reenacting a scene from the French Revolution—it’s a popular spot for tourists to get carried away in their historical fantasies!

Auvers-sur-Oise: Van Gogh’s Final Brushstrokes

Known as the final resting place of Vincent van Gogh, this charming village offers a delightful blend of art and nature. A mere 35 kilometers from Paris, Auvers-sur-Oise is the perfect setting for a leisurely day trip. As you stroll through the same streets Vincent walked, you can appreciate the same landscapes that inspired his art.

Don’t forget to visit the Church of Auvers, a stunning gothic structure famously depicted in one of Van Gogh’s paintings. The beautiful countryside surrounding the village is also an excellent place for a hike or a leisurely walk, allowing you to absorb the tranquility that so often eluded the brilliant artist.

Regional Parks: Nature’s Playground

If you’re looking for a taste of the wild without straying too far from Paris, consider visiting one of the idyllic regional parks nearby. Parc Naturel Régional de la Haute Vallée de Chevreuse is a vast expanse of beauty, where you can hike, cycle, or even horseback ride through rolling hills and woodlands. Make sure to stop by the charming little villages along the way—they often have quaint cafés that serve the sweetest pastries. The only thing sweeter than a chocolate croissant is the peaceful view that comes with it!

Concluding Thoughts

While Paris has enough character and charm to last a lifetime, taking a day trip to explore the stunning nature around the city is worth every minute. From enchanted forests to colorful gardens, and from artistic havens to playful parks, these spots will give you stories to tell and memories to cherish long after you return to the urban jungle. So pack your adventurer’s spirit, and let the natural beauty of France amaze you!

Ah, Paris! The city of love, romance, and enough croissants to make your heart flutter. Whether you’re planning a dreamy honeymoon, a special anniversary, or simply want to fall in love all over again (with your partner and also with a good baguette), Paris has a myriad of romantic spots that will make your heart skip a beat. So, grab your beret and your partner’s hand, and let’s explore the top romantic getaways in the City of Lights.

The Eiffel Tower: Love at First Sight

No trip to Paris would be complete without a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower. Standing tall at 1,083 feet, it’s not just a piece of engineering marvel; it’s a beacon of love! The best way to enjoy this gorgeous structure is to hop on the elevator to the second floor. Trust me, the view is so stunning that you’ll want to hold your partner’s hand just for balance!

For the ultimate romantic experience, consider booking a dinner at 58 Tour Eiffel, a restaurant located on the first level. Sipping a glass of wine while gazing at the enchanting city below is sure to spark some magic. If you really want to impress, try to time your visit with the sunset; it’s like nature’s own version of a romantic Disney movie.

Montmartre: Whimsical Streets and Artistic Vibes

After you’ve taken in the sights from the Eiffel Tower, make your way to Montmartre. This charming neighborhood radiates an ambience that’s equal parts whimsical and bohemian. The streets are lined with cafes, art studios, and the scent of fresh pastries wafting through the air. Start your adventure at the iconic Sacré-Cœur Basilica, where you can admire breathtaking views of the city. But hold on tight to your partner, as the stairs can be a bit of a workout!

As you explore the narrow cobblestone streets, make a pit stop at a little café to indulge in some French pastries and a fresh expresso. Don’t be surprised if you find a street performer belting out a classic love song nearby. Bonus points if you break into an impromptu dance (just try not to scare the locals!).

Seine River Cruise: Glide into Romance

Feel like a celebrity as you whisk your loved one away on a romantic Seine River cruise. Watching Paris glide by as you float along the river is straight out of a love story. Opt for an evening cruise to fully appreciate the magic of the city illuminated at night. As you sip champagne and gaze into each other’s eyes, you might even forget that you’re surrounded by a few dozen other couples just as smitten as you.

But wait, there’s more! Many cruises offer dinners on board—because what’s more romantic than a three-course meal while floating past historical landmarks like the Louvre and Notre-Dame Cathedral? Just don’t spill any wine on your partner’s lap; it can lead to some rather awkward conversations.

Jardin des Tuileries: Love Blossoms Here

A stroll through the exquisite Jardin des Tuileries is like stepping into a painting that even Monet would envy. The beautifully manicured gardens provide an oasis where you and your partner can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Grab some takeout from a nearby patisserie, find a cozy bench, and nibble on macarons while watching the world go by.

If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, why not rent a mini sailboat to let drift on the pond? It’s like a scene from a romantic film—there’s just something about competing to see who can sail farther without crashing into the other boats that brings couples closer. Or at least gives you a good laugh.

Le Marais: Chic, Trendy, and Unabashedly Romantic

For a taste of modern romance, head to Le Marais. This vibrant district is home to trendy boutiques, chic restaurants, and historic architecture that epitomize the essence of Paris. Spend the day wandering the charming streets, shopping for unique gifts, and nibbling on delicious pastries.

As evening descends, grab dinner at one of the many bistrots offering exquisite French cuisine. The candlelit ambiance will make you feel like you’ve been transported back in time—a perfect setting for a heart-to-heart conversation or perhaps a cheeky whisper about the best way to share dessert.

Secret Spots: The Hidden Gems of Paris

If you want to play the part of the adventurous couple, search for some of Paris’ hidden gems. Venture off the beaten path to discover quaint alleys and lesser-known landmarks. Consider the Square des Peupliers, a cozy little park where you can hide away from the crowds. Or explore the beautiful Coulee Verte René-Dumont, an elevated park that used to be an old railway—surrounded by nature, you’ll likely spot some secret lovers enjoying the solitude.

These hidden treasures will give you glimpses of the real Paris, instilling memories that are all yours, rather than the snapshots from a guidebook. Trust us, there’s a certain charm in a romantic getaway that finds you lost amongst the locals!

Conclusion: Love Awaits in Every Corner

Each moment in Paris can become a memory worthy of a fairytale. From the exhilarating romance at the Eiffel Tower to the quiet corners in Montmartre, there’s something for every couple to fall in love with. So pack your bags, grab your partner and a few croissants, and embark on a magical journey to the heart of romance. Remember, in Paris, love is always in the air—just be prepared to share the space with a few other lovebirds!

Paris is known for its iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, but this city is also a treasure trove of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. If you think you’ve seen everything Paris has to offer, think again! From quaint little streets to secret gardens and unexpected museums, buckle up as we take a delightful detour from the tourist trail to reveal some of the hidden places in Paris you probably didn’t know existed.

La Petite Ceinture: The Abandoned Railway

Once a bustling railway line encircling Paris, La Petite Ceinture has transformed from a major transport route into a charming urban escape. This abandoned railway, which stopped operating in the 1930s, is now a wild, overgrown path that offers a unique perspective of the city.

Walking along this forgotten track feels like you’ve taken a time machine back to a bygone era. The remnants of the old railway infrastructure peek through the foliage, and you’ll find scattered pieces of art and graffiti that tell the story of the city’s history. It’s the perfect spot for a leisurely stroll or a spontaneous picnic away from the more raucous crowds.

The Square des Peupliers: A Slice of Village Life

Tucked away in the 13th arrondissement, Square des Peupliers is a picturesque little park that feels like a scene out of a movie. With its charming houses and quaint streets, this hidden square is a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Take a moment to admire the lovely trees and well-tended gardens. The sound of children laughing and the faint smell of fresh bread from a nearby bakery provide the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of relaxation. It’s almost too charming—don’t be surprised if you suddenly feel the urge to enroll in a French cooking class and start wearing berets; it’s that enchanting!

The Musée de la Vie Romantique: An Artistic Escape

Step into a hidden world of romantic art at the Musée de la Vie Romantique, located at the foot of Montmartre. Housed in a lovely 19th-century mansion, this museum not only showcases the works of renowned artists but also immerses you in the nostalgic atmosphere of the Romantic era.

The charming gardens and tea room are the museum’s highlights, where you can sip a cup of tea and imagine the artists who once strolled through these very grounds. No visit is complete without taking a breather in the gardens, where you might just find inspiration for your next great novel—or at least a decent Instagram post.

Parc des Buttes-Chaumont: Nature’s Own Amusement Park

If you’re tired of the sleek city parks and are looking for a taste of adventure, head to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont in the 19th arrondissement. This sprawling park, complete with cliffs, waterfalls, and a temple** inspired by the Roman Pantheon, is a delightful escape for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike.

You can wander through the winding paths, feast your eyes on the stunning vistas of the city, or simply sit back and sunbathe on the grassy slopes. And if you’re feeling particularly adventurous, explore the park’s hidden caves that will give you a taste of rock climbing without the need for safety ropes—at least no one’s judging you here!

La Promenade Plantée: The Elevated Green Path

Forget the bustling boulevards; La Promenade Plantée offers a unique elevated view of Paris from an old railway viaduct. This beautiful walkway stretches over 4.5 kilometers and is lined with vibrant greenery, flowers, and even some lovely art installations.

As you stroll along this lush path, you’ll encounter a symphony of colors and scents, all while overlooking the streets below. The best part? You’ll be walking where trains once ran, which adds a delightful twist to your usual walking tour. Grab a baguette and enjoy the view as you channel your inner Parisian!

Les Passages Couverts: Shopping Like a Local

For the shopaholic in search of something a bit different, the Passages Couverts (covered passages) offer a charming atmosphere for curious explorers. These arcade-like passages, mostly built in the 19th century, are filled with unique shops, cafés, and hidden treasures waiting to be discovered.

Stroll through the glass-roofed halls, where you can hunt for vintage finds, browse through quaint bookstores, or grab a coffee in one of the many cute cafés. Each passage has its personality, from the opulent Galerie Vivienne to the artsy Passage des Panoramas. It’s like shopping, but with a side of history and charm!

Le Jardin des Serres d’Auteuil: A Hidden Botanical Paradise

If gardens aren’t your thing, then you clearly haven’t been to the Jardin des Serres d’Auteuil, located near the Bois de Boulogne. This hidden botanical garden combines stunning greenhouses with ornate architecture, allowing you to escape the city without leaving it.

Explore the exotic plants from around the world, and don’t forget to visit the incredible orchid collection that will have you thinking you’ve entered a scene from a fantastical movie. It’s perfect for an afternoon of wandering and daydreaming. Just don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes unless you enjoy the idea of sore feet competing with your beauty findings.

In conclusion, Paris has its well-trodden paths, but sometimes the best experiences are found off the beaten track. Whether you’re looking for art, nature, or simply a quiet place to collect your thoughts, these hidden locations will give you a fresh perspective on the City of Light. So grab your walking shoes, leave the guidebook behind, and let the adventure begin!

The city of Lights is a life-long love for many people who have visited it and the ultimate dream for those who still have not. Is it the streets, or the art or the people that make it so, I can’t tell, but there are some people who have found just the right words to describe why they fell in love with Paris. Here are their quotes about Paris:

”If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast.” – Ernest Hemingway

”Whoever does not visit Paris regularly will never really be elegant.” – Honoré de Balzac

”There is but one Paris and however hard living may be here, and if it became worse and harder even – the French air clears up the brain and does good – a world of good.” ― Vincent van Gogh

”Paris is the city in which one loves to live. Sometimes I think this is because it is the only city in the world where you can step out of a railway station – the Gare D’Orsay – and see, simultaneously, the chief enchantments: the Seine with its bridges and bookstalls, the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Tuileries Gardens, the Place de la Concorde, the beginning of the Champs Elysees – nearly everything except the Luxembourg Gardens and the Palais Royal. But what other city offers as much as you leave a train?” ― Margaret Anderson

”An artist has no home in Europe except in Paris.” – Friedrich Nietzsce

”People wonder why so many writers come to live in Paris. I’ve been living ten years in Paris and the answer seems simple to me: because it’s the best place to pick ideas. Just like Italy, Spain… or Iran are the best places to pick saffron. If you want to pick opium poppies you go to Burma or South-East Asia. And if you want to pick novel ideas, you go to Paris.” – Roman Payne

”Paris… is a world meant for the walker alone, for only the pace of strolling can take in all the rich (if muted) detail.” – Edmund White

”Paris is a place in which we can forget ourselves, reinvent, expunge the dead weight of our past.” – Michael Simkins

“The whole of Paris is a vast university of Art, Literature and Music… it is worth anyone’s while to dally here for years. Paris is a seminar, a post-graduate course in everything.” – James Thurber

“That Paris exists and anyone could choose to live anywhere else in the world will always be a mystery to me.” – quote from the movie “Midnight in Paris”

The challenge: don’t spend a dime on water in Paris. Instead, refill your bottle using the free sparkling water fountains throughout the city

Tap water is so old-school when you now have free sparkling water dispensers on the streets. Ask Parisians – they know best.

Paris has for a long time had eight drinking fountains with free sparkling water, but they have remained largely unknown… until now, when the city has announced plans to distribute at least one sparkling water station in each of its 20 arrondissements.

But why?

When the first drinking stations were installed back in 2010, the head of Paris’ water board explained that Parisians had confessed they’d drink more tap water if it were carbonated. In an effort to keep the city’s inhabitants hydrated, the authorities brought sparkling water to the streets, for free.

Another reason for doing this is to tackle the ecological problems a huge city like Paris inevitably encounters. Instead of buying a new plastic bottle every time and then throwing it in the trash, locals and visitors can now refill their own bottle.

Why bubbly? Ask Parisians, who are obsessed with it.

But how?

Each water tank is connected to the main water system of the city, with a carbonator added in. The water is served at 44 degrees Farenheit (7 degrees Celsius), so it’s always refreshing. Just press the button:

So where can you find the sparkling water drinking fountains in Paris?

Water dispensers are installed around the main tourist areas and you will recognize them by signs in French and English: ‘eau pétillante/sparkling water‘.

Once upon a time most Parisians hated the Eiffel Tower, imagining that it would start to lean and eventually fall over the Louvre or Notre Dame, smashing them into a pile of pebbles. What’s even worse, the tower used to be painted red. And yellow. It’s much easier to hate it if it’s yellow.

Here are a few more fun facts about the Eiffel Tower to give you a glimpse into some of its secrets.

1. The Eiffel Tower was erected for the World’s Fair in 1889. At the time the buildings of Paris were mostly low, meaning you could see the tower from almost everywhere in the city. Many Parisians, however, weren’t excited about this opportunity, finding the tower ‘useless and monstrous’. Much of the science and art society of Paris, including Alexandre Dumas and Guy de Maupassant, joined the ‘Committee of Three Hundred’ (one member for every meter of the height of the tower) protesting against its ‘ugliness’ and imagining that it would fall over and destroy the most emblematic buildings of the French capital. Maupassant, strangely enough, allegedly had lunch at the restaurant at the base of the tower every day. Why? It was the only place in Paris where he could enjoy a tower-free landscape.

2. It took two years, two months and five days to build the Eiffel Tower.

3. The tower was meant to last for 20 years and then be dismantled. However, it was left standing mainly because of the scientific research taking place there, especially the first radio transmissions broadcast from the antenna at its top.

4. The radio antenna at the top was used to intercept German spy messages during World War II.

5. After sunset, 20,000 lights twinkle from the tower for five minutes, every hour on the hour. It’s one of the most magical sights you can see in Paris.

6. The Eiffel Tower was the tallest building in the world until 1930, when the Chrysler Building in New York was finished.

7. Gustave Eiffel built himself a secret apartment under the peak of the Eiffel Tower. It remained secret for a very short time, after which he received numerous offers to rent it out for as short a period of time as one night – all of which he firmly declined. He gathered regularly with fellow scientists in the apartment over a drink, or to conduct a new experiment in the small laboratory attached to it. You can now visit the apartment, almost untouched, where the wax figures of Eiffel and his daughter welcome a wax sculpture of American scientist Thomas Edison.

8. Since its inauguration, the Eiffel Tower has been repainted 18 times. It has changed its color several times, being red, yellow and brown in the past. During every repainting, 15 tons of eroded paint are removed, while 60 tons of new paint are applied.

9. The elevators of the Eiffel Tower are greased every day. With beef fat.

10. The lines at the Eiffel Tower are as notorious as the tower is famous. There are, however, a few ways to skip them and magically find yourself far ahead of the crowds.

You can buy tickets for the tower up to two moths in advance from its official website here.

You can book a table at one of the restaurants located in the tower – 58 Tour Eiffel or Le Jules Verne. A lunch or dinner with a view will cost between 45 and 230 euro per dish.

You can climb the stairs – 330 to reach the first level, 670 to the second. From there, you will wait just a few minutes for the elevator to the top. The stairway ticket costs only 7 euros.

11. Le Jules Verne restaurant plays host to an average of two marriage proposals per day.
